C&P offers a referral fee of £200 worth of vouchers to any individual that refers a candidate to us, whom we then successfully place. This applies to any white collar worker, for any blue collar referals C&P will offer £50 vouchers. The candidate must stay in the position for a minimum period of 12 weeks and we must have received payment from the client. Please also note that there is a maximum of 3 referals per person.

Labour & Trades
C&P's Labour & Trades division recruits and places candidates from most trade disciplines including; joiners, electricians, bricklayers, plasterers and plant operators. C&P will request 2 recent checkable work references and you must have your own PPE.
